CANCELLATION POLICY: For a full refund cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of reserved departure time. Inside 72 hours it is a 20% fee to cancel, and day of cancellations is a 50% fee to cancel. No Shows with no email or phone message before reservation time is a no refund.
** Dinner Theater Reservations Special Cancelation Policy**
Full Refund for cancellations received more than 72 hours prior to Dinner Theater Reservation. Within 72 hours but outside 24 hours will receive 50% back for cancellation. Within 24 hours no refunds. There will be a rescheduling fee of $50 added to reservations moved to a different day within 72 hours.
